SHANDONG SPECIAL EQUIPMENT INSPECTION INSTITUTE GROUP CO., LTD. (SDSEI) signed a third-party inspection and acceptance contract on on-site key equipment with Hengyi (Brunei) on May 7, 2018, which formally opened a new chapter of inspection and training service in service trade in Shandong Province, and is also the largest contract of this kind of technical instsitutions in Shandong Province to carry out service trade. On May 9, 2018, the first batch of inspectors to the Hengyi (Brunei) PMB Project arrived in Pulau Muara Besar, Brunei to carry out inspection and acceptance.

★ Checking 6,525 negative films on the spot and finding out 25 problems;
★ Assisting Hengyi Brunei to inspect 3 construction enterprises on-site and finding out 16 problems;

Frontline of Inspection
At 3 a.m. on May 25, 2018, the spherical tank 4205-T005 in the LPG tank farm was inspected before ignition of overall heat treatment.
On May 28, 2018, macro inspection and welding data recording were carried out for the 4# boiler economizer, cyclone separator, and centralized downcomer in the power station area. The ambient temperature was 35 ℃ and the relative humidity was 82%.
Physical and Chemical Analysis
The Engineering Technology Center of SHANDONG SPECIAL EQUIPMENT INSPECTION INSTITUTE GROUP CO., LTD. (SDSEI) has strong human resources and technical advantages in materials, structure, welding, corrosion, and testing of special equipment. On May 17, 2018, an abnormal fracture of a high-pressure long radius elbow occurred in the pipe prefabrication site of an enterprise, which is in urgent need of analysis. After receiving the entrustment of the enterprise, the Engineering Technology Center carefully analyzed and judged the relevant data and samples received, formulated a special sampling scheme and analysis technical route, issued a complete inspection report on May 21, and the professional, efficient, and exquisite analysis was highly recognized by the enterprise.
