Proficiency certificate

In order to strengthen the internal quality control of the laboratory and verify the testing ability of the laboratory, the Engineering Center Laboratory of our institute participated in the capability verification activity of "nil pt-1123-2 determination of chemical composition in low alloy steel by spark source atomic emission spectrometry (international comparison)" organized and implemented by Beijing Zhongshi Guojin International laboratory capability verification research center in 2017, and achieved satisfactory results.

Since October 2017, 118 domestic and foreign laboratories have participated in this proficiency testing activity, which is an international comparison. The results of "C, Si, Mn, P, s" test items in our hospital are satisfactory. The results of this proficiency testing activity show that the testing ability of our laboratory in the spectral test project of low alloy steel materials can meet the testing requirements at home and abroad, which plays a positive role in further improving the laboratory testing ability and ensuring the accuracy of the testing data.

In the future, our hospital will continue to strengthen scientific research and exploration, constantly improve the inspection and testing ability and technical service level, and wholeheartedly provide customers with more high-quality and reliable testing services.
