Under the overall arrangement of the leaders of the Institute and the director of the center, from August 12 to 14, 2017, two inspectors from the tower crane center went to Kashgar, Xinjiang, to confirm and witness the trial inspection process of the special equipment inspection and testing company.

Kashi City is located in the southwest of Xinjiang, the west of Tarim Basin, the Taklimakan Desert in the East, the Karakoram mountains and Ali Region in Tibet in the south, and the Pamirs Plateau in the West. It is the most western border city in China. In recent years, with the development of the central and local governments' aid to Xinjiang, the number of special equipment in Kashgar has increased significantly, especially the number of tower cranes and construction elevators used in construction sites has increased sharply. The original inspection institutions can not fully meet the market demand. The establishment of the company has filled the gap in Kashgar. The two inspectors made a fair and objective evaluation on the company's operation instructions, the disposal of inspection implementation process and technical problems, the filling of inspection records and the issuance of inspection reports, communicated with the existing problems and put forward suggestions for improvement.
