Recently, at the invitation of the Taiwan Affairs Office of Shandong Province, Mr. Yue Zuoquan, a retired cadre of the provincial hospital company, participated in the activities of the calligraphy and painting circles of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Guests attending the pen meeting included Mr. Li woyuan, chairman of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Art Association, Mr. Kong Weike, a famous painter, and relevant leaders of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the provincial Party committee.

This pen meeting is a special art form to carry forward the Chinese traditional classics. The hall is filled with the fragrance of Han ink and the color of Danqing. More than 20 artists from both sides of the Taiwan Strait splashed ink with their brush. Their works are on the paper, majestic or meaningful, further promoting the intersection and inheritance of China's five thousand year splendid civilization.

Yue Zuoquan was influenced by his father when he was young and loved calligraphy. His calligraphy works are mainly round, graceful and generous, round, vigorous and ancient. They are collected by more than 30 countries and regions such as the United States, Japan, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc. Yue Zuoquan is now the director of the World Association of calligraphers and painters, a member of the Chinese calligraphy and Painting Research Association, a member of Shandong Calligraphers Association, vice president of Shutong Calligraphy Research Association, and a senior calligrapher and painter.
